This is a rare opportunity and tastebud experience for Bay area connoisseurs. This is from prized porcini (rare) that are used only in top rated Michelin restaurants. Please see pictures in the gallery to get an idea about these rare mushrooms (some of these are probably in your soup). This soup is made with porcini mushrooms, barley, potatoes, spices and herbs. It is very aromatic and has a unique taste. Goes well with a dollop of sour cream or plain yoghurt in the soup. Seasonal availability. The mushrooms have been dehydrated and rehydrated before cooking to get that unique aroma and flavor.
